Marina para mi fue la llave de la puerta que ayudó a salir una situación de bloqueos, ansiedad, tristeza. Primero escuchándome, luego explicándome que es lo que me pasaba, entenderlo fue un punto de inflexión en mi cambio. Durante las terapias me dio herramientas para trabajar, que vas practicando día a día, que son la palanca para salir de ahí, de donde no quieres estar.Entonces empiezas a ver un cambio en ti y a tener el valor de enfrentarte y dominar los miedos que te impedían ponerte en movimiento, que te paralizaban. Marina es una excelente profesional y para mi que alguien me hablara de ella y tomar la decisión de empezar terapia con ella, ha sido una de las mejores decisiones (y con muy buenos resultados) que he tomado en mucho tiempo.
